Proper criteria for which producers and entities truly have critical load.
Flaring does not have nearly as much impact on climate change as does the current “green” energy production companies. The narrative has been guided by non-industry people or perhaps even those whom have alternative agendas.
Adapting solutions that have already proven themselves. There is not a one-size fits all solution to this problem or even for an entire area where these seismic activities are occurring. We need to bring in the SME’s that have been notifying the RRC for years of the threats. Policy and plans exist and we need to implement those existing regulations before an external party comes in and enforces a leftist overcorrection.
They should not be allowed to own any operating interest in wells they regulate. Or any wells at that.
