How will you address the case backlog in your court to ensure timely resolution for all parties?
At this time there is little to no backlog in Court 7. By ensuring that cases do not last too long on the docket unless there is a valid reason has been a very successful tool in moving the docket. We ultimately set cases for trial which has been the best tool in doing so.

How will you ensure efficient and equitable resolution of matters that come before your court, and that all residents — regardless of their financial means — have meaningful access to legal resources?
The constitution ensures that all people are guaranteed competent an effective counsel, including counsel free of charge when appropriate. We regularly appoint counsel for people that need it. In addition to this we make sure that the parties are aware of deadlines and status of cases as they move forward.
