How will you address the case backlog in your court to ensure timely resolution for all parties?
First and foremost, I will show up to work, be timely, and work hard. I will institute a set number of docket settings for each case, hold both the State and Defense accountable, and go to trial regularly.

How will you ensure efficient and equitable resolution of matters that come before your court, and that all residents — regardless of their financial means — have meaningful access to legal resources?
The law states that those that are indigent and cannot afford an attorney will be appointed an attorney. I will follow the law. Regardless if the defense attorney is hired or appointed, each case will be treated the same and held to a set number of docket settings which will ensure cases are moving towards a resolution and not sitting stagnant.
