I firmly believe that justice is not a one-size-fits-all proposition; it requires thoughtful consideration, an understanding of the facts, and the ability to render decisions based on the law and not on political pressures. It’s not just about knowing the law—it’s about applying it in a way that ensures trust in our legal system. Over the years, I have learned that competency is a product of both experience and the willingness to always strive for fairness.

What specific actions would you take to ensure the timely resolution of cases while maintaining fairness for all parties?
I will reform the was trial scheduling and pre-trial hearings are handled in this court. i will work with the attorneys and parties in setting cases for trial. The legal process is stressful enough with the judge making the situation unnecessarily for difficult.
