Backlog
How will you address the case backlog in your court to ensure timely resolution for all parties?
I will address the backlog through active docket management, firm but fair scheduling practices, and limiting unnecessary continuances. I will also encourage mediation and other forms of alternative dispute resolution when appropriate and use technology to efficiently handle routine matters. My goal is to move cases forward without sacrificing fairness, due process, or meaningful access to the court.

How will you ensure efficient and equitable resolution of matters that come before your court, and that all residents — regardless of their financial means — have meaningful access to legal resources?
I will ensure efficient and equitable resolution through consistent case management, timely hearings, fair application of the law, and appropriate use of mediation and technology. I believe there is a way for courts to provide neutral access of legal resources for all litigants, included self-represented litigants.
