I am running for Re-Election to the Harris Central Appraisal District, Board of Directors, Position 1. As a residential property owner and the first Elected Board Member, I have served four years as HCAD Director, previously as an ARB (Appraisal Review Board) Panelist, former HISD Elected Trustee, Former Super Neighborhood #55, President, Former Realtor and Postal Manager (retired): I understand the concerns of increased property values, fiduciary Budget responsibility, community issues that may be unidentified and impact values. While currently serving as Director, we recently selected the new HCAD Chief Appraiser, January 2026 and have established guardrails I would like to see continued and maintained.
