How will you address the case backlog in your court to ensure timely resolution for all parties?
I will run a professional court and demand high standards and punctuality from attorneys and staff. Court will start on time - neither attorneys nor their clients will wait on the Judge or court staff to begin business. I would issue a scheduling order with clear timelines for case activities - to ensure that all parties are aware of deadlines and expectations. This promotes efficiency and prevents delays in case resolution.

How will you ensure efficient and equitable resolution of matters that come before your court, and that all residents — regardless of their financial means — have meaningful access to legal resources?
While every case has its own set of facts and circumstances, my approach would remain consistent: ALL individuals, no matter the financial or language barriers they face, can avail themselves of the services and opportunities and rights granted by the law. The resources of my court - and any court - are to see justice is done for all parties and ALL hurdles are cleared.
