How will you address the case backlog in your court to ensure timely resolution for all parties?
My court will WORK! We will try cases and push to get it resolved. Showing up sounds pretty basic, judicial availability sounds basic, but this is what it takes to clear up a backlog.

How will you ensure efficient and equitable resolution of matters that come before your court, and that all residents — regardless of their financial means — have meaningful access to legal resources?
Having information readily available in English and Spanish. Informing defendants at their first court settings of their rights, especially to that of an attorney, is crucial to this process.
