I will manage every case with fairness, efficiency, and respect for the parties. I will encourage early case management and promote meaningful settlement discussions, while ensuring every litigant has a full opportunity to exercise due process. I will issue clear and timely rulings, minimize unnecessary delay and expense, and move cases toward resolution.

Open and frequent oral hearing dockets, frequent use of pretrial conferences, and quickly disposing motions.
