Represents the county, flood control district, toll road authority, and multiple emergency network agencies, in all civil legal matters on behalf of Harris County residents. Provides legal advice to Harris County government, elected officials, and employees, and represents them in civil lawsuits. Operates enforcement program to protect consumers, public health, and environment. 4-year term.
