Chief custodian of all Harris County funds. Maintains records of all funds deposited and withdrawn from county’s bank accounts. Reconciles all county funds bank statements to ensure accuracy and safety of county funds. Responsible for disbursing county funds as directed by Commissioners Court. Submits monthly report to Commissioners Court regarding county’s finances. 4-year term.
