I’m a Pasadena small business owner of nearly 20 years, running a real estate brokerage and managing 500+ doors. As a commercial airline Captain and former church financial administrator, I bring leadership, budgeting, and problem-solving skills.

ISSUES: What are the two most important issues affecting residents of your city or district? What measurable actions will you take to address them?

I am committed to improving communication and transparency in by ensuring residents have easy access to city projects, budgets, and decisions. I will advocate for modernizing city technology for online access to water bills, permits, and services. My focus is on efficiency, public safety, and economic growth, measuring success by community impact, responsiveness, and improved city services.
