I am a small business owner, professor of entrepreneurship, and have prior experience on public and private boards including as a Trustee of Lone Star College. I have extensive experience working with diverse points of view to build consensus in the interests of taxpayers and citizens. I was born and raised in Harris County and now raise my two children here with my wife. I earned a BA is from UT-Austin, PhD from the University of Houston, and MBA from Rice University.

Creating a more predictable and transparent valuation process so taxpayers can anticipate the value of their property year-to-year.
