Perspective: I have taken Citizen Academies with FBI, DEA, Sherriff, Constable and ATF which has given me deep insight into how the judicial system works from law enforcement and citizen perspectives. My career from busboy to a landlord has broadened my perspective and allows me to relate to people in a variety of situations and socioeconomic levels.
Decision Making: As a business owner, I deal with disputes constantly. I work with my tenants to ensure consideration is given to all sides of the situation. I believe in 2nd chances.
Integrity: I have served my spiritual community for many years as an elected leader. Their trust has been earned through my perspective and fairness across all situations.

Justice delayed is justice denied. This is the prevailing philosophy that will influence me in office.
My first focus will be on our youth. Our young people need role models - by treating youth and family cases with a focus on individual attention and ensuring that I provide ample time to hear each side, our court will render decisions that are fair and do not inflict further harm on families. I will also engage with schools and communities so that our youth have a greater understanding of the justice system and their rights.
My second focus will be to streamline processes in the pursuit of justice. Court dates should be scheduled as soon as possible so the community does not remain in limbo while awaiting a judgement.
