Louie Ditta
I am sincerely grateful for the honor of serving the citizens of Harris County as Justice of the Peace for the past 28 years. Over the course of my judicial career, I have presided over thousands of cases involving criminal, civil, and administrative matters. I bring extensive knowledge of court procedure and case management, along with a consistent record of fairness, efficiency, and professionalism. My judicial philosophy is grounded in adherence to the law, respect for due process, and equal treatment for all individuals who appear before the court.
First, maintaining timely access to justice as caseloads increase. I will continue using efficient docket management, early case resolution practices, and clear communication with litigants to minimize delays while protecting due process.

Second, public trust and understanding of the court system. I will continue outreach efforts, educational programs, and transparency initiatives that help citizens understand their rights and responsibilities, ensuring confidence that the court operates fairly, impartially, and efficiently.
