I am qualified for this position through executive leadership, financial expertise, and public service. I have more than two decades of senior-level experience in banking, mortgage finance, and real estate, including leadership roles at Wells Fargo, Bank of America, Capital One, JPMorgan Chase, Citibank, and Freedom Mortgage. I served as a National Underwriting Manager and hold HUD Direct Endorsement Underwriter and VA Staff Appraisal Reviewer credentials, providing deep experience in regulatory compliance, risk management, and economic policy. I currently serve as President of Gumbeaux Lending Group and was elected Director of Harris County Municipal Utility District 248 in 2022, where I oversee public infrastructure & budgets
Modernizing the VA Health and other federal agencies, and fund underground flood control infrastructure. As a partner with many Federal Agencies, I have firsthand experience with federal systems that are outdated, inefficient, and unresponsive. I will push for technology modernization, and patient-centered care"Tri-Care Health Plan for Life"—especially for veterans & spouses-Current facility will only support Mental & Rehab service. As an elected Director of a Harris County Municipal Utility District, I oversee infrastructure, drainage, and capital planning, giving me practical experience addressing flood risk. I support large-scale underground flood control systems to protect homes, businesses, &. taxpayers while preserving surface land
