I am qualified for this position through a combination of formal education, real-world experience, disciplined training, and lived understanding of the people this role is meant to serve. c) Judgment and Decision-Making: Good leadership requires judgment. I weigh long-term consequences over short-term applause.
d) Conclusion: This position requires competence, integrity, and perspective. My education provides the framework.

Rules should be applied evenly, appeals should be accessible, and penalties should be proportional. b) I will support structured second-chance pathways that are earned—not automatic. Relief mechanisms such as record sealing, rights restored
