Angie Dozier
I have nearly 20 years of hands-on experience working in the District Clerk’s Office in multiple roles, giving me a deep understanding of court operations and public service. My institutional knowledge, proven leadership, and commitment to accuracy, transparency, and efficiency uniquely qualify me to lead the office effectively from day one.
Training: A well-trained staff is essential to the accuracy and efficiency of the District Clerk’s Office. My plan is to strengthen hands-on training and cross-training across divisions so employees clearly understand procedures, deadlines, and system requirements. I will ensure new employees receive structured onboarding and that existing staff have ongoing refresher training to reduce errors, improve consistency, and better support the courts and the public.
Clerks’ Parking: Reliable parking is a real workforce issue that directly affects employee morale, punctuality, and retention. I will work with county administration and facilities to secure safe, accessible, and affordable parking options for clerks. Addressing this issue will help
