My professional training includes strategic planning, process improvement, technology integration, and staff supervision—skills essential to overseeing a large public office and supporting the courts.
As an educator and administrator, I have extensive experience safeguarding sensitive information, producing accurate documentation, and providing consistent, high-quality service to diverse populations. I am well-versed in working with all stakeholders.

The District Clerk’s office processes and safeguards millions of records. Delays or errors can disrupt court proceedings and harm public trust. I will conduct a comprehensive review of workflows to identify issues and redundancies, implement standardized procedures across divisions, and strengthen quality-control checks to reduce errors. I will prioritize staff training to ensure consistency, and work with county partners to fully leverage technology for timely filings, and reporting.
